The REV series of Reversible Plows (or turn-around plows) are designed to plow the ground in both directions, avoiding complex headland maneuvers. After completing a pass, the plow can be reversed hydraulically to resume plowing in the opposite direction, keeping the soil always facing the same side. This system allows plowing to be done efficiently and quickly, avoiding the formation of alternating furrows and improving the quality of work. It is particularly useful for reducing operating time and ensuring uniform plowing, especially on long or uneven plots. All of our ASI REV plows are created with a no-stop hydraulic system that allows the implement to overcome obstacles without interrupting work. The system uses two external hydraulic pistons that, in the event of a collision with an obstacle, allow the structure to close and raise the anchor about 50 cm. preventing damage to the anchor and allows it to quickly resume working once the obstacle has been overcome. The system can work at a depth of about 50 cm and maintains an average hydraulic pressure between 80 and 100 bar, ensuring efficiency and protection. Available in ASI REV FS variants (for Off Furrow working) with working depths of 40 and 50 (in cm.), hydraulic heeling and cushioned frame to make left and right half-curves in plowing, adjustable anchor pressure, for tractors from 120 to 280 HP, and in ASI REV DS variant (for In Furrow working), with working depth of 40 cm., for tractors from 140 to 220 HP, and working depth of 50 cm., for tractors from 180 to 280 HP.
